Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 29, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://www.ftxlogistics.llc, including its content, freight quote forms, contact forms, carrier-related forms, and other website features operated by FTX Logistics LLC (“FTX Logistics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through its forms.

2. Website Purpose
The website provides general information about FTX Logistics, its capabilities, and transportation-related services.
The website may allow users to:
- request freight quotes;
- submit shipment information;
- contact FTX Logistics;
- inquire about shipper services;
- inquire about carrier relationships;
- submit driver or carrier information;
- access general logistics information.
Website content is provided for general informational and business inquiry purposes.
3. No Automatic Transportation Agreement
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, sending an email, or communicating through the website does not automatically:
- create a transportation contract;
- create a broker-carrier agreement;
- create a shipper-broker agreement;
- create a carrier relationship;
- guarantee acceptance of a shipment;
- reserve equipment;
- guarantee a pickup or delivery time;
- obligate FTX Logistics to provide services.
A binding service arrangement exists only after the applicable parties agree to the relevant terms and FTX Logistics provides written confirmation or other formal acceptance.
Separate written agreements, rate confirmations, bills of lading, carrier agreements, shipper agreements, tariffs, or other transaction documents may apply. In the event of a conflict, the applicable separately executed or transaction-specific document will control.
4. Role of FTX Logistics
FTX Logistics may arrange or coordinate transportation through authorized motor carriers or other transportation providers, depending on the applicable service and operating authority.
A freight broker generally arranges transportation by an authorized carrier rather than physically transporting the cargo itself. FMCSA describes a broker as an intermediary that arranges transportation between a shipper and motor carrier. (FMCSA)
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as expanding FTX Logistics’ legal role beyond the role established by its operating authority and the applicable written agreement for a specific transaction.
5. Quotes and Estimates
Freight rates, transit times, capacity statements, and other information provided through the website or in response to a quote request are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Quotes may be based on information provided by the user, including:
- pickup and delivery locations;
- shipment dates;
- freight classification;
- cargo type;
- weight;
- dimensions;
- equipment requirements;
- handling requirements;
- accessorial services;
- market capacity;
- fuel prices;
- carrier availability.
A quote may change if:
- shipment information is incomplete or inaccurate;
- the actual weight, dimensions, quantity, or freight class differs;
- pickup or delivery requirements change;
- accessorial services are required;
- detention, layover, storage, redelivery, reconsignment, lumper, toll, permit, or similar charges apply;
- capacity or market conditions change;
- the shipment is delayed or modified;
- the cargo requires special permits, handling, equipment, or insurance.
A website estimate does not guarantee final pricing.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
The user is responsible for disclosing all material shipment information, including:
- accurate cargo description;
- total weight;
- dimensions;
- quantity;

- hazardous or regulated characteristics;
- high-value status;
- special handling requirements;
- appointment requirements;
- any condition that may affect safety, legality, pricing, or carrier selection.
FTX Logistics may rely on the information provided by the user.
The user is responsible for losses, delays, charges, or consequences resulting from materially inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information, subject to applicable law and written agreements.
7. Prohibited and Restricted Shipments

Submitting information through the website does not constitute acceptance of any restricted shipment.
